I really enjoyed today’s sales training. I must admit that you have taught me a great deal about Positive Mental Attitude (PMA).

It’s amazing how Lethia delivers the overall message presented in this workshop… As simple as this may sound, I have used the principles of leveraging my strengths and managing my weaknesses many times in just the past few days since I have taken the class. I have applied this principle in dealing with my children, co-workers, subordinates and family members. The most significant use of this principle has been in my relationship with my husband. I highly recommend that couples take the class together. Even after 10 years of marriage, we learned so much about each other. To neither of our surprise, our strengths were opposite of one another. Our only common strength was our beliefs. By understanding each other's strengths we better understood what motivates us and why we say and do the things that we do. We better appreciated the differences in each other. Better yet is the realization that if we allow one another to work within our strengths our marriage flourishes. By having the common strength in our beliefs we realized that we both are striving towards the same goal but because of our different strengths we arrive at the goal from very different ways. Instead of disagreeing about who's way is the correct way, we now realize that by allowing each other to take the different paths to the goal we cover all the bases. Where I'm weak, he's strong and where he is weak, I'm strong. And together we are stronger than we ever would be apart. As a result, our relationship with our children, co-workers, family and friends flourishes. I would also like to add that the interaction with the other participants was valuable. As we each shared experiences and asked questions we were able to dig deeper into the material and discover the nuggets of truth awaiting us. It is truly a blessing to have gained so much wisdom, insight and power from such a small investment of time and money.
